(July 17, 2026) – In Kansas, KDHE reported 55 total cases of cyclosporiasis so far this year. Cyclosporiasis is caused by the ingestion of contaminated food or water. Symptoms include watery diarrhea, cramping and bloating, with an incubation period ranging from two to 14 days.
