(Oct. 9, 2026) – The Kansas Hospital Association is pleased to announce that Erin Mayfield has been promoted to program manager workforce.
In this role, Erin will take on greater responsibility for KHA's workforce efforts, working closely with KHA members and stakeholders to support and build on successful workforce initiatives that serve Kansas hospitals.
Since joining KHA, Erin has demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a willingness to take on new responsibilities and a commitment to KHA's mission. This promotion recognizes her contributions to the association and reflects our confidence in her ability to advance this important area of our work.
