The Kansas Organization of Skilled Care Professionals was organized to provide resources to support, motivation and educate health care professionals involved in the delivery of skilled and/or long-term care services. The organization strives to enhance the professional development of its members and provides educational programs addressing cost effective, quality care. KOSCP also provides information on regulatory, legislative and reimbursement issues affecting long-term health care at the swing-bed level. In addition, the group facilitates networking opportunities among health care providers working in Kansas hospitals with swing-beds, skilled and long-term care units.
The KOSCP annual membership fee is $50.
Each year, the organization hosts an educational program. A link to the KOSCP membership application has been provided below. To learn more about KOSCP, contact 2021 KOSCP President Kristin Higbee; or Hayley Finch-Genschorck, KHA liaison, at (785) 233-7436.
