(Nov. 17, 2023) – The Kansas Department of Health and Environment – Division of Health Care Finance scheduled a training session for Understanding Medicaid Annual Reviews from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 13. This course includes additional information from the previous Unwinding training. The instructor is Russell Nittler, senior manager of eligibility. Upon completion of the course, participants will:
- have a better understanding of Medicaid annual eligibility reviews
- understand how to submit reviews
- understand how to access the Medical Consumer Self-Service Portal
- understand the importance of the facilitator authorization form and medical representative authorization form
