(Jan. 5, 2024) – The Kansas Hospital Association is excited to announce that Jaron Caffrey, formerly the program manager of workforce strategies, has been promoted to director of workforce and health care policy. Jaron began his KHA career as an intern with our data analytics team but found a niche addressing workforce challenges. In Jaron’s new role, he will continue to focus on KHA’s workforce activities as well as delve into other priority areas including health care finance and policy. His enthusiasm and passion for KHA is infectious. We know our members will continue enjoy working with Jaron in this new role. On behalf of the entire KHA staff, we congratulate Jaron on this promotion.
