(June 9, 2023) – KFMC Health Improvement Partners has opened nominations for the inaugural Health Equity Innovation Award, recognizing trailblazers who have developed and implemented novel approaches, strategies and interventions aimed at reducing health disparities and promoting health equity in Kansas. Award winners think outside the box, challenge existing systems and implement creative solutions to ensure everyone has a fair and equitable opportunity to achieve optimal health.
If you know of an individual, organization or project implementing innovative approaches to address health inequities, nominate them for the Health Equity Innovation Award and help spotlight their exceptional work! The Innovation Award Winner will be granted free registration to the Kansas Health Equity Summit on Oct. 27, be recognized at the event and in subsequent social media and marketing campaigns, and receive a $500 cash award.
