Shannan Flach, vice president health care finance and reimbursement and Sally Othmer, vice president data and strategic analytics will be joined by Wes Garrison, founder, Databasically to walk through the tool including the easy-upload process, reviewing the QHi financial measures available and to demonstrating how to run and schedule reports.

Opioid Educational Webinar: Partnering to Increase Access to SUD Treatment – May 3

Please join us on May 3 to hear how hospitals and communities are partnering to increase access to substance use disorder treatment and harm reduction. The program has been approved for 1.0 contact hours of continuing nursing education and pending approval for 1.0 contact hours of continuing pharmacy education. There is no charge to attend as this program is funded through a grant from our partners at DCCCA.

AHA Health Equity Conference - Driving Change Together -- May 7-9

Long-standing health care disparities and inequities persist. Systemic drivers such as structural racism and economic disadvantages have resulted in disproportionate health outcomes across different patient populations. Education, safe and affordable housing, transportation and nutritious food access all have a significant impact on the quality and quantity of an individuals life and overall health.

Health Care Apprenticeships and Opportunities for Your Organization – June 7

Apprenticeship (June 2, 2023) – Join us at noon on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, where Hamilton-Ryker/TalentGro leadership and KHA staff will discuss opportunities to use health care apprenticeships as a workforce tool to upskill your employees and grow your own to meet the employment demands of your organization. The Hamilton-Ryker team will define health care apprenticeships and how to get started using intermediaries to develop and administer apprenticeship programs. This webinar also features two Kansas health care organizations who will share their experiences using apprenticeships.
