(Dec. 13, 2023) – On Dec. 12, the Legislative Post Audit Committee, chaired by Rep. Sean Tarwater (R-Stillwell), approved an audit to evaluate the hospital's compliance with the Kansas Lay Caregiver Act. The audit, requested by Rep.
