House Health and Human Services Hears Bill on CNA Training Hours

CNA (Feb. 8, 2023) – Today, the House Health and Human Services Committee, chaired by Representative Brenda Landwehr (R-Wichita), held a hearing on House Bill 2049. The legislation prohibits the secretary of the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services from requiring such courses to be longer than 75 hours.
