House Financial Institutions and Pensions Hears Bill to Allow Surcharge for Purchases Made with Credit/Debit Card

Credit Card Surcharge (Jan. 30, 2023) – Today, the House Financial Institutions and Pensions committee, chaired by Representative Nick Hoheisel (R-Wichita), held a hearing on House Bill 2133. The legislation allows a surcharge when purchases are made with a credit or debit card.
