(March 17, 2023) – Immunize Kansas Coalition is hosting two Vaccine Facts Over Fears webinars from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (both dates) on March 22 and 29.
The webinar on March 22 is tailored to health provider and educator audiences. Providers will learn about common misconceptions circulating in the anti-vaccine world and how to respond in a way that resonates with patients.
The webinar on March 29 is tailored to parent and family audiences. Parents and caregivers will learn strategies for talking with their child's health care provider to get the facts needed to make confident decisions.
These webinars both address vaccine fears and hesitancy with returning featured guests Lydia Greene and Heather Simpson, creators of Back to the Vax and co-authors of the just-launched IKC booklet, Vaccine Fears Overturned by Facts.
