Syndromic Antimicrobial Stewardship Webinar Series April 5 – Aug. 2

KHC Newssletter (March 24, 2023) – Register now for the webinar series Syndromic Antimicrobial Stewardship: Focused Initiatives for the Prevention & Treatment. The series is sponsored by the Kansas Healthcare Collaborative and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment Healthcare-Associated Infections and Antimicrobial Resistance Program. Each session takes place from noon to 1:00 p.m. on the following dates and covers different antimicrobial stewardship-focused initiatives.

  • Session 1 – Prevention & Treatment: April 5
  • Session 2 – Wounds, Skin & Soft Tissue: May 3
  • Session 3 - Upper and Lower Respiratory Infections: June 7
  • Session 4 – Sepsis: July 12
  • Session 5 – Shorter Courses & Reducing Prophylactic Antimicrobial Use: Aug. 2
