Opioid Educational Webinar: Partnering to Increase Access to SUD Treatment – May 3

Please join us on May 3 to hear how hospitals and communities are partnering to increase access to substance use disorder treatment and harm reduction. The program has been approved for 1.0 contact hours of continuing nursing education and pending approval for 1.0 contact hours of continuing pharmacy education. There is no charge to attend as this program is funded through a grant from our partners at DCCCA.

Kansas Vaping ECHO for Education – Aug. 30

Project ECHO (Aug. 4, 2023) – Please join staff from the Kansas Health Institute for the Kansas Vaping ECHO for Education Summit.

Join us for an exciting summit to kickstart a new session of a multi-year initiative tackling vaping in Kansas middle and high schools. The Vaping ECHO for Education Pilot aims to create a healthier, smoke-free future for Kansas youth. This event brings educators, parents, community members and youth advocates together to support students who use e-cigarettes on their journey toward cessation. The summit will feature discussions and presentations by leading experts, offering valuable opportunities to share diverse approaches. Register now to be part of this important movement toward a healthier future for Kansas youth!
