KHA Workers' Compensation Fund's primary objective is to provide moderately priced workers' compensation insurance to Kansas Hospital Association members. Customer service is enhanced by the Fund Administrator and Safety Program Manager.

Quality Corner Call - May 21

Quality Corner Calls are offered by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment and Healthworks and focus on quality improvement activities consistent with the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant Program.

Health Care Preceptor Academy - May 23

The health care preceptor academy is designed to engage and grow current and future preceptors with key education tools and strategies to foster a strong preceptororientee relationship. This interactive program provides information and practical tools to improve preceptor abilities.

Infection Prevention Conference – Mar. 21-22

Infection Prevention (Mar. 15, 2024) – This conference will help prepare health care professionals to be facilitators and resources for the surveillance, prevention and control of infections. Attendees will discover proven strategies for implementing infection prevention programs. Time will be allotted during the conference for attendees to network and discuss issues with other infection prevention professionals. All participants will receive infection prevention reference materials. This conference will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Wichita Airport, 2098 Airport Road, Wichita, KS 67209.

Who Should Attend
This course is designed for infection prevention professionals in acute care, ambulatory care, long-term care, home health, mental health, correctional facilities and other interested professionals.
