EMTALA and Behavioral Health Patients in the ER – May 18

EMTALA (May 12, 2023) – Please join Kansas Hospital Association staff at noon on Thursday, May 18, when Spencer Fane partner, Blane Markley, will discuss hospital obligations under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act and the challenges of treating behavioral health patients in crisis.
