- Leonard R. Hernandez, president and chief executive officer, Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital, El Dorado, retires as of Feb. 28, 2023 (interim to be announced)
- Jeff Egbert, interim chief executive officer, Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson
- Timothy Bergeron, chief executive officer, Stormont Vail Health Flint Hills Campus, Junction City, effective April 3, 2023
- Dennis Shelby, interim chief executive officer, Wilson Medical Center, Neodesha
