(Aug. 4, 2023) – August is a great time to celebrate the importance of immunizations in preventing vaccine-preventable illness and encouraging patients and community members to catch-up on any needed immunizations. The
Immunize Kansas Coalition, of which KHA is a partner, has a multitude of
tools and resources to educate patients and caregivers of the importance of immunizations across the lifespan. There are
campaigns in multiple languages and for many topics, like back to school and influenza season, that are easy to use and share on social media.
