The program has been approved for 1.0 contact hours of continuing nursing education and pending approval for 1.0 contact hours of continuing pharmacy education. Adaptive Leadership Training for Hospital Leadership Teams – June 29-30

Kansas Leadership Center (June 9, 2023) – There are still slots available for the Foundations of Leadership training designed for hospital leadership teams. This one-and-a-half-day session, June 29-30, at the Kansas Leadership Center in Wichita, is an initiative developed with the guidance of KHA's Hospital Physician Leadership Committee in partnership with the Kansas Leadership Center. This collaborative workshop will focus on developing adaptive leadership skills and effective communication strategies to analyze and resolve challenges hospital leadership teams face. This training is designed for a hospital team of an administrative leader, and a physician and clinical leaders from the same hospital to attend together. Individual participants are also welcome. Please plan to join us!
