KHA Workers' Compensation Fund's primary objective is to provide moderately priced workers' compensation insurance to Kansas Hospital Association members. Customer service is enhanced by the Fund Administrator and Safety Program Manager.

Quality Corner Call - May 21

Quality Corner Calls are offered by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment and Healthworks and focus on quality improvement activities consistent with the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant Program.

Health Care Preceptor Academy - May 23

The health care preceptor academy is designed to engage and grow current and future preceptors with key education tools and strategies to foster a strong preceptororientee relationship. This interactive program provides information and practical tools to improve preceptor abilities.

2023 Kansas Opioid and Stimulant Conference – Nov. 28

Kansas Opioid Stimulant Conference (Sept. 29, 2023) – Registration is now open for the 2023 Kansas Opioid and Stimulant Conference, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Nov. 28, at the Hyatt Regency in Wichita. Keynote speakers include Beth Macy, Virginia-based journalist and author of Dopesick, which was made into the Emmy-award-winning Hulu series; and author and speaker Jimmy McGill, whose book, From Prison to Purpose, provides a detailed account of his journey to sustained recovery.

There are five conference tracks:

Treatment and Recovery
