(Feb. 7, 2024) – Today, the Senate Ways and Means Committee, chaired by Sen. Rick Billinger (R-Goodland), heard budget report outs. The committee took up state institutions for mental health and intellectual disabilities. The Ways and Means Committee made no changes to the sub-committee recommendations.
