Senate Judiciary Committee Hears Bill on Fingerprinting

Meeting (Feb. 19, 2024) - Today, the Senate Judiciary Committee, chaired by Senator Kellie Warren (R-Leawood) held a hearing on Senate Bill 491, standardizing criminal history record check fingerprinting language and defining who may be fingerprinted for a criminal history record check.

Neutral testimony was received by:
