(April 29, 2024) – On Friday, the Senate heard motions to withdraw from committee:
Senate Bill 135 – dealing with medical marijuana. The motion failed on a vote of 12-25.
Senate Bill 355 – Medicaid expansion. The motion to withdraw from the committee received 18 votes in favor, and 17 votes in opposition. Having not reached the necessary 24 votes, the bill will remain in committee.
