QHINewsletters (September 2025) – Launched in Kansas in 2003, QHi began as an enterprise-wide benchmarking tool for small, rural Kansas facilities. It has since expanded into a multi-state program serving hospitals and clinics nationwide. In 2025, QHi continues evolving to stay relevant in a changing health care landscape, offering trend reports and comparative analytics in finance, workforce, clinical quality and patient experience. Ongoing user input sustains the program—brief User Experience Surveys were distributed this month to ensure it continues meeting participant needs.
