AHA Files Suit to Stop 340B Rebate Model

This week, AHA announced that AHA, the Maine Hospital Association and four safety-net health systems nationwide filed a lawsuit in the U.S District Court for the District of Maine on Dec. 1 to stop the 340B Rebate Model.
