The AACN-AONL Academic–Practice Partnership Playbook: From Shared Vision to Action

The presenters will share insider insights from the five collaborative writing groups that shaped the playbook and offer practical strategies for bringing its examples to life across academic and practical settings. The committee co-chairs will outline plans for a thorough dissemination strategy and impact measurement framework—ensuring the playbook fosters meaningful and lasting change.
