This panel will highlight what's working, what's not and the lessons learned from early adoption.
- AI & Workforce Optimization – Explore how AI is reshaping staffing models, augmenting clinical and administrative teams and supporting a more sustainable workforce. Panelists will discuss practical use cases, from predictive staffing to documentation support, along with implications for change management and staff readiness.
- Regulatory and Legal Implications for Health Care Organizations Using AI – Gain clarity on the evolving regulatory landscape, including compliance considerations, risk mitigation strategies, transparency requirements, and legal frameworks that leaders must understand when implementing AI-enabled solutions.
