(March 6, 2026) – Registration is now open for the 2026 KONL Spring Conference, taking place April 16-17, at The Vail by Hotel at Old Town in Wichita.
This year's theme, Leading with Intention: Tools, Influence and Impact for Today's Nurse Leaders, features a diverse line-up of speakers and sessions focused on empowerment, advocacy, emotional intelligence, professional branding and the future of nursing pathways across Kansas. It's an outstanding opportunity for nurse leaders at all levels to learn, connect and grow.
Highlights include:
- From Overwhelmed to Empowered – practical strategies to leverage Microsoft 365 for more efficient, focused leadership;
- KHA updates on legislative matters and the Rural Health Transformation Program;
- Your Story, Your Brand – building a strong, authentic professional identity;

- Management strategies you can implement immediately; and
- The annual KONL meeting and networking social.
