Register Now: Medication Safety Webinar Series – June 11 and July 17

Medications Pills (May 29, 2026) – Medication errors remain among the most common preventable causes of patient harm in hospitals. To help hospitals and health systems strengthen medication safety practices, the Kansas Hospital Association and the Kansas Council of Health-System Pharmacy are partnering to offer a complimentary two-part educational webinar series, from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, and Friday, July 17.

This webinar series brings together pharmacy and clinical leaders from across Kansas to explore both the "what" and the "how" of medication safety. Participants will gain insight into the most frequently reported medication safety risks in today's hospitals, hear real-world perspectives from health system, community and critical access settings and learn actionable prevention strategies aligned with guidance from the Institute for Safe Medication Practices.
