RHTP Vendor Selection Announcement

RHTP Heart Windmill (Sept. 4, 2026) – Healthworks would like to announce the selection of the following vendors for finance initiatives supported by the Kansas Rural Health Transformation Program funding:

Kansas Payer Scorecard – HyveHealth ($1,950 per participating facility)
CFO Mentoring Program – Elgin Glanzer Consulting ($81,250 from Sept. 1, 2026-Sept. 30, 2027)
Revenue Support Program – Marting Law dba RevSUPPORT ($1,975,000 from Sept.1, 2026-Sept. 30, 2027)

Following a competitive RFP and evaluation process, these vendors received the highest overall evaluation scores.

Marting Law was selected for its strong understanding of the Kansas health care environment, demonstrated experience with rural hospitals, comprehensive revenue-cycle expertise and a multidisciplinary approach that combines legal, coding, reimbursement and operational support. The evaluation committee also recognized the firm's familiarity with payer and reimbursement issues and its proposed use of tracking tools, standardized templates, group education and other resources to build a sustainable support structure for participating hospitals.

The evaluation committee identified Elgin Glanzer as the strongest overall fit, citing extensive experience with Kansas hospitals, particularly rural and Critical Access Hospitals; a strong understanding of the Kansas health care and reimbursement environment; established relationships with hospital leaders; and a practical, hands-on approach to CFO mentoring.

HyveHealth was selected for its established, operational all-payers scorecard platform, experience with Kansas hospitals, demonstrated results and ability to provide meaningful payer performance benchmarking within Kansas and across other states. The evaluation committee also recognized HyveHealth's existing platform and Kansas hospital participation provide a significant advantage, enabling the program to move quickly into statewide implementation rather than requiring the development of a new scorecard platform.

Healthworks looks forward to partnering with these vendors to deliver this important resource to rural Kansas hospitals.
