The Chief Nursing Officer serves as the senior nursing executive and is responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, organization, direction and evaluation of all nursing and designated clinical services within the Critical Access Hospital. The CNO ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation standards and the hospital's mission, vision and values. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CNO collaborates with physicians, department leaders and community partners to promote clinical excellence, operational efficiency, financial stewardship, employee engagement and continuous quality improvement.

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hospital, ensuring that the hospital’s financial goals align with its strategic objectives, and maintaining the financial integrity of the organization.  The CFO will direct all financial planning and analysis, accounting, revenue cycle, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance and risk sensitive activities. This position requires an individual with strong financial leadership skills and a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges facing a Critical Access Hospital. The CFO is an integral part of the hospital’s leadership team, ensuring the financial success of the organization while upholding its mission to provide quality care to the local community.
