Osborne County Memorial Hospital is looking for a CFO to oversee its financial strategy and operations in a rural, critical access setting. This full-time position provides the chance to shape fiscal policy, manage revenue cycle activities and work with senior leadership to promote sustainable growth. The CFO will handle budgeting, audits, regulatory compliance and financial reporting while building a high-performing finance team. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience in health care financial leadership, a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and a passion for improving rural health care. CPA or HFMA certification is preferred.
