Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital seeks an experienced and visionary chief executive officer to lead its Critical Access Hospital. Reporting directly to the board of directors, the CEO provides overall leadership and strategic direction to ensure the organization fulfills its mission, vision and long-term objectives.
The CEO is responsible for establishing and executing strategic plans, policies and operational priorities; ensuring financial stability and organizational effectiveness; and fostering a culture of quality, accountability and innovation. This role represents the hospital to the board, medical staff, employees, community partners, regulators and the public, positioning TCLMH for sustainable growth and excellence in patient care.
Qualifications:
- Recent experience as an administrator of a Critical Access Hospital
- A bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of experience in a hospital setting
- Demonstrated financial expertise in hospital and fiscal management
- Proven ability to work cooperatively with and manage physicians and mid-level providers
