Patterson Health Center is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to lead our Rehabilitation Services Department, which includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. This role combines patient care with leadership—overseeing staff, daily operations and maintaining high-quality therapy services for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and care for patients in the hospital, swing bed and outpatient settings
- Support and mentor therapy team members
- Manage daily operations, scheduling and department resources
- Ensure care is compassionate, safe and effective
- Generate ideas to expand our rehab program
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (Kansas Board of Healing Arts)
- Effective communicator and team leader
- Someone passionate about creating a positive impact in a rural community
