Clay County Medical Center seeks a dynamic, creative and community-minded marketing, communications and foundation director to join its leadership team. Working directly with the chief executive officer, this position plays a key role in shaping CCMC's public presence, strengthening community relationships, communicating the full scope of health care services and advancing the mission of the Clay County Hospital Foundation. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can build relationships, develop strategic initiatives and represent CCMC with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position leads CCMC's marketing and communications efforts and oversees the Clay County Hospital Foundation activities and development. The successful candidate will work with a wide range of audiences, including patients and families, employees, physicians, hospital departments, community members, donors, board members, media, vendors, businesses, foundations and community leaders to strengthen CCMC's connection with the communities it serves.
