(Feb. 13, 2026) – Over the years, there has been different legislative and regulatory decisions regarding the naming of personnel that we use as nurse aides or nursing assistants in our hospitals. This has included statutory discussions and possible changes, regarding the education of certified nurse aides. This has created confusion surrounding the naming, educational requirements and education process.
