Kansas Statewide Payer Scorecard Webinar – Aug. 31

Webinar2 (Aug. 28, 2026) – The Kansas Hospital Association has been developing the Kansas All-Payer Scorecard to give hospitals a comprehensive view of payer performance statewide. By combining de-identified data from hospitals statewide, we can measure key indicators such as payment timeliness, denials, prior authorization impacts, downcoding, payment accuracy and other revenue cycle trends. This information strengthens hospitals' operational decision-making and provides credible, data-driven evidence to support advocacy with payers, regulators and policymakers.

Kansas hospitals have long worked together to improve patient care, strengthen our rural and urban health care systems and advocate for fair reimbursement. As payer policies become increasingly complex, it has become clear that no single hospital, regardless of size, can see the full picture.

To ensure every hospital can participate, Rural Health Transformation Program funding will cover the cost of the Kansas All-Payer Scorecard for the next five years. As a result, your hospital will incur no cost to participate during this funding period.

KHA will host a virtual refresher webinar on the All-Payers Scorecard at 1 p.m. on Aug. 31.
