Kansas State Board of Nursing Notice of Board Actions Voided by Operation of Law

KSBN logo (Sept. 4, 2026) – The Kansas State Board of Nursing has announced certain disciplinary cases have been voided by operation of law under Kansas House Bill 2528. Pursuant to the legislation, these matters are considered expunged and deemed never to have occurred.

Organizations and individuals who may have previously received information about affected cases are requested to remove such records from public-access databases and treat any related information as confidential, as required by law.
