The Kansas City Metropolitan Healthcare Council is a policy division of The Health Alliance of MidAmerica. Formerly known as the Greater Kansas City Health Council, it works with local hospitals on areas of collective interest.

KHELSA provides networking, support and education for persons involved in the many facets of housekeeping and laundry for health care institutions. By sponsoring statewide educational programs, members stay informed about management issues, as well as housekeeping and laundry issues.

Kansas Perinatal Quality Collaborative Learning Opportunities

KPQC (Oct. 10, 2025) – There are a number of Kansas Perinatal Quality Collaborative educational opportunities available for teams to access recorded learning forums and upcoming activities. The September 2025 KPQC Learning Forum on "Supporting Lactation in the setting of Perinatal Hypertension" is available online.
