KHSC Board Meeting - Sept. 3

KHSC is a wholly owned subsidiary of KHA. Therefore, a secondary objective of KHSC is to support KHA in meeting its mission to serve hospitals. Its mission is to provide enhanced value to KHA members through evaluation and endorsement of selected vendors of services needed by the KHA membership. KHSC will be a valuable resource to Kansas health care facilities and the Kansas Hospital Association as they serve their constituents.

The Kansas Hospital Association is a voluntary, non-profit organization existing to provide leadership and services to member hospitals. KHA is the lead organization in a group of companies and affiliates that provides a wide array of services to the hospitals of Kansas and the Midwest region. VISION: Optimal Health for Kansans. MISSION: To be the leading advocate and resource for members.

KSHIMSS Luncheon and Educational Session at KHA Convention

(Aug. 15, 2025) – The Kansas Health Information Management Systems Society invites those attending the KHA Annual Convention in Sept. 4-5, to attend their luncheon and educational session on Sept. 4 in the Osage Room. David Mauro, vice president of strategic growth with NetGain Technologies, will present AI – What We Think We Know. Mauro will cover AI uses, uncommon tactics, leveraging all AI models securely, the latest AI risks to health care and AI in Social Engineering. A ticket is required to attend this session.
