(Feb. 13, 2026) – The 2026 KHA Annual Vacancy and Turnover Questionnaire should be submitted through the new HIDI Advantage workforce portal and is due Feb. 27. The survey collects valuable information on vacancies and turnover in key health care positions. It is crucial for hospitals to submit their data, this year since the Rural Health Transformation Program will use the statewide survey results to measure progress on several RHTP projects. KHA member participation can help ensure accurate results and strengthen Kansas' position. Survey contacts at each facility should log in to HIDI Advantage using the instructions sent by Jaron Caffrey. Last year's results are available at www.kha-net.org.
The 2026 Kansas Regional Healthcare Compensation and Benefits Survey is also underway, with submissions due by Feb. 27. Hospitals should submit data for roles relevant to their organization. Only participating organizations will have access to the results, which will be shared with participants by April 15.
