CMS Releases Information on State-Directed Payment Reductions Under H.R. 1
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services posted a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on state-directed payments stemming from a provision passed under H.R. 1. The proposed rule covers how reductions to SDPs will be completed during a 10-year period beginning Jan. 1, 2028.
