CMS Proposes 2028 Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services Quality Measure Set The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services released a
notice seeking public comment on the Home and Community-Based Services Quality Measure Set. The proposal would require states to begin reporting on mandatory measures aligned with mirroring the "Money Follows the Person" program beginning in 2028. The rule was published in the April 28 Federal Register and includes a 60-day comment period.
