Eliminating the Data Blind Spot – Sept. 21

ChartSpan2 (Sept. 4, 2026) – Kansas hospitals and health systems must serve patients, some of whom live dozens of miles away, even between appointments. But how do you reach those patients and obtain the data needed to provide them with exceptional health care? Remote Patient Monitoring, combined with care management, offers one solution.

Join the Kansas Health Service Corporation, and its partner ChartSpan, at noon on Sept. 24, for a webinar on how RPM can benefit Kansas health care organizations. Through RPM, patients receive an in-home device to submit accurate clinical data to their care team. Their care manager can use that data to inform monthly check-ins and act on out-of-range readings.

Shane Grivich of ChartSpan will walk through what RPM looks like in practice, from the patient and device experience to the extensive workflows behind each device and care management program. They'll also discuss changes in the Physician Fee Schedule Proposed Rule and the potential impact if these changes are finalized.
