Tee Off at the Spring Golf Tournament – April 14
The spring festivities kick off at Sand Creek Station Golf Course, with registration starting at 8:00 a.m. followed by a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start. This annual tournament offers a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for networking with colleagues and industry partners.
Spring Vendor Show and Sponsorship Event – April 15
The next morning, the event shifts to The Meridian Event Center for KHEA's Annual Vendor Show. Starting at 8:00 a.m., attendees can explore new technologies, meet with key vendors and learn about sponsorship opportunities that support KHEA's mission and events.
2026 Spring Educational Conference – April 15-16
Running from the morning of April 15 through April 16, the Spring Educational Conference provides a full schedule of learning sessions designed to equip health care engineers with the latest insights, best practices and professional development resources—all hosted at The Meridian Event Center.
