(April 17, 2026) – The 2026 KHA Compensation Survey results are now available and have been emailed to all participants by Gallagher. This year's survey provides timely, region-specific benchmarks to support informed compensation decisions across the KS/MO market.
The PDF and spreadsheet results released this week provide a concise summary of key compensation findings for the MO/KS region, while the Excel file expands on these insights with detailed analyses for Missouri and Kansas, plus results for the broader Lower Midwest/South Central region, now including Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, and Illinois, a new addition this year.
For deeper insight beyond KS/MO, you may request individual state results for any participating state or use the online tool to create a custom data cut tailored to your organization. In May, you will receive login credentials for the online data cut platform and the benefits survey results.
