KHSC Board Meeting - Sept. 3

KHSC is a wholly owned subsidiary of KHA. Therefore, a secondary objective of KHSC is to support KHA in meeting its mission to serve hospitals. Its mission is to provide enhanced value to KHA members through evaluation and endorsement of selected vendors of services needed by the KHA membership. KHSC will be a valuable resource to Kansas health care facilities and the Kansas Hospital Association as they serve their constituents.

The Kansas Hospital Association is a voluntary, non-profit organization existing to provide leadership and services to member hospitals. KHA is the lead organization in a group of companies and affiliates that provides a wide array of services to the hospitals of Kansas and the Midwest region. VISION: Optimal Health for Kansans. MISSION: To be the leading advocate and resource for members.

2026 AHA Rural Hospital Excellence in Innovation Award Applications Now Open

(Aug. 8, 2025) – The Rural Hospital Excellence in Innovation Award honors rural hospitals that are leading the way in innovative, sustainable and community-centered care. If your hospital is operating unique programs and services that address health care challenges in your community, submit an application by noon on Friday, Aug. 29. Honorees will be recognized at the American Hospital Association's Rural Health Care Leadership Summit in February 2026.
