Senate Public Health and Welfare Works Scope Bill Hears CHIP Fix Bill
Today, the Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee met to complete work on HB 2223. The committee then held an informational hearing on SB 271.
Senate Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee Hears Food Additive Bill
Today, the Senate Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee held a hearing on SB 390, which prohibits certain additives in food served by schools in specific school food service programs and requires schools to certify that their facilities do not serve food containing those additives.
PBM Reform Amended and Recommended by Senate Financial Institutions
Today, the Senate Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee took up the Pharmacy Benefit Managers' Reform Bill, SB 360 and held a hearing on SB 55.
