KHA established a foundation for its members in 1969 and redesigned it in 1998 as a 501(c)3 organization. Healthworks, previously the Kansas Hospital Education and Research Foundation, is funded through contributions, grants and educational fees.

340B Legislative Lunch and Learn - Aug. 21

The 340B Drug Pricing Program is targeted at helping health care safety net providers and their patients by providing low-cost drugs for patients and cost savings for providers. This, inturn, allows them to provide increased access to care.

The U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives passed the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which is now headed to President Trump for his signature.
