Health Conference Committee Completes Work

Yesterday, the Health Conference Committee met again. The members of the Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee and the House Health Committee agreed to these changes.

Agreement Made on Data Sharing and Medicaid Eligibility Bills

Yesterday, the House Welfare Reform Committee and the Senate Government Efficiency Committee Conference Committee discussed HB 2004. The committee is also planning to move and amend the contents of SB 363 into HB 2731.

Budget Conference Committee Wraps Up

Yesterday, the House and Senate conferees at the budget meetings agreed to finalize the budget.

PBM Reform Heads to the Governor

The reform of Pharmacy Benefit Managers, now in SB 20, passed the House 104-17 and then the Senate 32-8. The legislation will now go to the governor.
