(Oct. 20, 2025) – Today, the Kansas Rural Health Alliance met for a third time to discuss and preview the Kansas Rural Health Transformation Plan.
Initiative main areas include:
- Expanding primary and secondary prevention;
- Securing local access to primary care;
- Building a sustainable rural workforce;
- Enabling value-based care; and
- Harnessing data and technology.
KHA will host a member huddle at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct 22, where KHA staff will provide an overview of these initiative areas and other things we have learned as the state plan continues to take shape.
